● Cancellation Policy and Deposit Refund Terms:
After completing the reservation and paying the deposit, guests may cancel the booking; however, the following cancellation charges will apply:
Cancellation on the check-in date: 100% of the prepaid deposit will be charged.
Cancellation within 1 day before the check-in date: 80% of the prepaid deposit will be charged.
Cancellation 2–3 days before the check-in date: 70% of the prepaid deposit will be charged.
Cancellation 4–6 days before the check-in date: 60% of the prepaid deposit will be charged.
Cancellation 7–9 days before the check-in date: 50% of the prepaid deposit will be charged.
Cancellation 10–13 days before the check-in date: 30% of the prepaid deposit will be charged.
Cancellation 14 days or more before the check-in date: No charge.
